  5. Conference Dinner

A conference theme dinner is organized for Tuesday, Nov 18th. We are currently negotiating with a couple of vendors for either a western steak dinner or a southwest or mexican experience. Participation fee is $ 63. If you would like to partcipate in the conference dinner please tick here ______  and add $63 to your total payment.

Payment Details

All payments should be made in US Dollar. Payment can be made in the following ways.

  1. Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to "ACM GROUP'97". Please note that foreign cheques must be drawn on a US bank (i.e., have the name and address of a US bank on them), otherwise a surcharge may be levied.
  2. Credit cards. We can accept only Mastercard, Visa and AMEX payments. Please ensure your signature is on your registration form.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified to the conference office by November 1. 1997 will be subject to a cancellation fee of $ 100. No refunds can be made after this date or for non-appearance at the conference. Delegate substitutions are allowed; please contact the conference office to arrange this.
